AKC CHOCOLATE LAB

Description

We are needing to re-home our 11 month lab puppy Birdie. She is not only beautiful but she is very smart and very sweet. We just got her back from two months of obedience training and she is doing so well. Birdie is on the smaller side and is house trained and crate trained. She will enter her crate on command. She will heel, sit, lay down (rest) and turnaround as well. She is very food motivated and learns commands and tricks quickly. Birdie is a mid to high energy lab. She loves toys and still needs something to chew on. She likes to be with her people. She has already been to the vet and groomer and while a little unsure did very well and got a good report from both. She would be great for an active single or family that has time to play with her and take her on walks. That is what she is used to here. She has good protective instincts and barks when someone knocks on the door but doesn't get out of control. She is very responsive. She has all her vaccines and her AKC Paperwork ready for registry. She is not yet spayed. Birdie cannot go to a home with chickens. This is why we are having to rehome her. She is okay with our cats but likes to chase them. She responds to correction with our cats but not our chickens. So a home without chickens or birds is a must. Her re-homing fee is $300
