MEET ANNIE A 6 YEAR OLD CAVACHON

This is not your typical dog posting where everything is rainbows and unicorns, in fact Annie's life right now is more of a Cinderella theme. Annie is a 6 yr. old Cavachon who was a retired breeding mom from an Amish farm in Ohio. Instead of her being put down; we gave this sweet, non-stop tail waggin dog a second chance at life. She was in need of dental work and everything else under the sun that a dog who was looked at as a puppy vending machine; now needed. After her dental work, spayed, shots and house broke. It seemed like paradise. She doesn't bark and her whopping weight at 15lbs won't knock you over or crush your thighs when she curls up to nap. So what's the problem then? Annie is as bougie as her breed comes. She despises children, especially the oldest. She won't bite or attack but she hides all day. Before they are awake she is a happy dog and spending time with you but once she hears the pitter patter of mini feet, she darts to the basement stairs where she lays all day or until they leave the house. She didn't start this behavior until about 6 months ago. She has become even more vindictive. When she sleeps in my daughters room she is on a mission to show her displeasure and destroy. Tissue box, gone. Stuffed animals, goodbye nose. House trained, out the window. She will relieve herself of any bodily fluids in a display of her displeasure. Let her roam the house at night you say? This dog is part monkey and will climb. Like to buy wholesale? Don't leave that box of 45 mini bags of chips out. She will strategically open them throughout the night and leave a trail of empty chip bags. Our family friends then wanted to take Annie in and join their family of Yorkies. They soon found out that she doesn't like anything smaller than her barking. She tried to eat 2 of them. So now we have had her back again for a couple of months. Annie is not living a happy life, it is sad to see her miserable. She needs a home she is happy in.
