DAM: Carolina Wren of Twin Creeks (SS09540703) SIRE: Elm Woods Wounded Bird (SR76342801) The sire comes from the breeding of two field champions. He quickly won a derby and earned six Derby points. But an accident left him unable to compete. He is very bright, energetic, and willing to please. The dam began consistently alerting on scents at 6 months old. She is very sweet and focused on her handler. These puppies will make great prospects for AKC Scent work, medical alert, therapy dogs, field trial dogs, and more. Fly is 58 pounds and Wren is 47 pounds. Parents have undergone genetic testing prior to breeding and are clear of the following diseases: Degenerative Myelopathy, Ichthyosis, Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis 5, Progressive Retinal Atrophy-GR1, Progressive Retinal Atrophy-GR2, and Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Progressive Rod-CD. The parents have undergone hip and elbow screenings, with normal results. OFA 26G OFEL26 All puppies are raised with Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction. The puppies will be crate conditioned and litter box trained while in our home.
