Posted Breed: German Shepherd Dog / Golden Retriever / Mixed (medium coat). Meet Jackson… he’s approx 6yrs old and weighs just a bit over 70lbs, and he is as sweet, as he is beautiful! This gentle tempered boy was found as a stray in Eastern WA, with what appears to be some wounds on his legs. They have been examined, tested and treated, and now he just needs to finish healing. He’s doing great, but we need a foster home while he is healing. He will then be available for adoption. Even with all the poking and prodding he experienced with the vet, he has remained a patient, loving boy. He’s wonderful with every new person he meets, too. He seem to get along just fine with other dogs but we’d prefer he’s the only dog in the home. No kitties, please. Jackson would love a family that will include him on their outings. And he’s a great walking and hiking partner! Kids must be over 8yrs old snd he must have a 6ft, securely fenced yard. During foster, all supplies are provided.
