Duke graced our presence on Saturday December 11th, born to Marley Mae, our beloved AKC Golden Retriever standard size mother. He weighed in at .12 1/2 oz to start his young life and continues to be weighed and charted weekly. Mr Duke is 6 weeks old and currently weighs. 5 lbs 6 oz. He will be ready for his forever home on February 5, 2022 has been vet checked at 6 weeks and up to date on all his shots, microchipped and wormed every 2 weeks.
Mr Duke is a super sweet, excellent snuggler, gentle demeanor, full of healthy energy and playfullness. We love to cuddle Duke, he is so pliable and adaptive to any position and he stares deep into your eyes. F1 Golden Doodle with English Creme beautiful fur colorations and curly soft wave texture and his eyes speak loyalty and deep sincerity! He is considered a miniature F1, his mother Marley Mae is an English Cream Standard Golden Retriever (65 lbs) and his father is an Auburn colored Miniature Poodle (12 lbs). Duke is on the smaller scale for height and bone structure and we anticipate him finishing off around 35-45 lbs full grown. He carries characteristics of being on the smaller side of our doodles in height. Golden doodles are the perfect combination of adorable looks, smart wits and playfulness. This hybrid is not officially registered as a breed of its own and is recognized as a designer breed; because of the cross of the qualities in the Golden Retriever and Poodle. It is very hard to know which characteristics they will pull from the parents breeds offering a lot of variety in fur texture, size, looks and colorations.
