This pup we nicknamed Oreo. He is the last pup available in our recent litter of seven. Mom is 50% Great Pyrenees and 50% Standard Poodle . Dad is a purebred yellow lab with champion hunting bloodlines. He is a very sweet guy, the perfect mix between mom and dad. He has been around children and people since he’s been born and has been very well socialized. We have started potty training and basic commands like come, and he is very smart and trainable. He has very unique markings. He is all black with a cute white button nose and white on all four of his paws. He also has white on his chest, a white strip all down his belly, and a small white tip on his tail. He also has a little bit of wave/curl to his coat, which you can see if you look at the pictures in his ears and on his body. So it looks as though he will probably have some curl like his mama. He is very calm and has a sweet temperament like his mom. This guy won’t last long! Call or email if you have any further questions or want to come take a look at him. Thanks!

Oreo’s dad is a purebred yellow lab, purchase from a breeder in the area. His dad was a champion hunter, so very good bloodlines. His dad has a very sweet temperament and also lots of energy make a typical Labrador Retriever. Dad is on site.
Mother
Oreo’s mom is white with a little bit of gray. Her dad was a mixed colored standard poodle and her mom was a Great Pyrenees, so she is 50% Great Pyrenees and 50% Standard Poodle, a Pyredoodle. She has lots of curl and is a beautiful girl. She is three years old and Oreo is part of her first litter of pups. She has a very calm and sweet personality.

Overview:
The Labradoodle is a mix between the Labrador Retriever and the Poodle. Both breeds are excellent for children and families. The Labradoodle became known in 1988, when Australian breeder Wally Conron crossed the Labrador Retriever and Standard Poodle at the Royal Guide Dogs Associations of Australia in Victoria. Conron's aim was to combine the low-shedding coat of the Poodle with the gentleness and trainability of the Labrador, and to provide a guide dog suitable for people with allergies to fur and dander. Sultan, a dog from this litter, displayed all the qualities Conron was seeking and worked as a guide dog for a woman in Hawaii for ten years. Although Guide Dogs Victoria no longer breed Labradoodles, they are bred by other guide and assistance dog organizations in Australia and other places. The Association for the Blind of Western Australia has introduced Labradoodles into their training program, and their first, Jonnie, graduated in November 2010. Labradoodles are now widely used around the world as guide, assistance, and therapy dogs as well as being popular family dogs. The Norwegian Royal Crown Prince and Princess own a Labradoodle.
