Born on Copper Ridge, Clinch Mountain, East Tennessee, on December 30, 2019, we currently have six wonderful puppies left, ready to learn how to be Livestock Guardian Dogs on your farm or ranch. There are two males, and four females. All white, with white eyelashes, and dark eyes, they will steal your heart! Some have black paw pads, some white, some white and black. Not all pups shown in photographs may be available for purchase, as they may be reserved already. Photos are taken at different ages. They are all active, playful, and lots of fun. Dame, "Lily," and Sire, "Guido," are our dogs, and on our little farm, along with two other adult Maremmas, Grettu and Blue. First vaccinations, veterinarian exam, deworming, and microchip included. $200 non-refundable deposit required to hold one. Maremmas need open spaces and love to be on guard. They are not meant to be housepets, apartment dogs, or anything escept Livestock Guardian Dogs (LGDs). Said to be an over-2,000-year-old breed from Northern Italy, they are usually awake at night, watching your livestock and your family. They are brave, strong, faithful, loyal and, they BARK! They work best in teams of two or more. They are not for everyone, but they might be just what YOU need. Maremmas are not herding dogs, they are GUARDIAN dogs, whether it be from wild/stray dogs, coyotes, wolves, mountain lions...you name it. We ship worldwide, at your expense.
