MORGAN - UNKNOWN BREED (SHORT COAT) DOG FOR ADOPTION
Mutt Dogs For Adoption in Philadelphia, PA, USA
Philadelphia, PA, 19106 USAUSA
Posted Breed: Unknown breed (short coat). Looking for a charming, older gentleman to spend time with while sitting by the fireplace? Maybe a glass of wine for you and some Beggin Strips for him? Then Morgan is the perfect gentle soul for you. When first meeting Morgan, he will put his front paws up on your leg and lean in to get closer. That's the kind of dog Morgan is. Friendly, quiet and always up for a snack (though not too many - he does need to lose a few pounds), Morgan is delightful company. He will sit for his food and if you hold a piece of kibble up he will stand on his back feet and make an attempt to jump for it. Morgan's adopter should be ready to take special care of his ears to prevent ear infections. He also is hard of hearing so don't be offended if he doesn't hear you. He's not ignoring you. Morgan likes other dogs and could be ok with dog-experienced kids as well. Morgan is excited for the next chapter of his life to get started and would be ideal for someone who is ready to provide a great home for a senior pet.. Name: Morgan Location: Foster Care Breed: Cocker Spaniel (Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label) Age: 13 years old Weight: 32 pounds Reason for surrender to shelter: Owner did not have enough time to take care of Morgan If you are interested in meeting Morgan, please email adoptionsphillypaws for an application.
