Dog Breed: Hound / Labrador Retriever / Mixed (medium coat). Adoption Fee: 200. Hello there! My name is Sonny, and I was rescued from a high intake shelter in Kentucky. Since then, I’ve been staying at a really cool veterinary clinic with all my clinic staff that loves me and thinks I’m the best dog, but I still haven’t found my forever home. Ideally, I would do great if I have a couch to snuggle on and a person to snuggle up with! I don’t seem to be bothered by the cats. I find them very interesting, but I leave them alone! Although I don’t mind being on a leash around other dogs I’d prefer to be the only dog in the home. Younger dogs that jump on me are not my thing and I get kind of cranky. With that being said smaller children are probably not the best for me, so if you have kids 8 and older that would be just dandy! I love to run and jump around in my backyard and play with my toys and I also love to play fetch. I am crate, trained, and potty trained and I walked right on a leash! I am the official door greeter at our veterinary clinic where I assist with customer service at the front desk! I’m used to new people coming in and out all the time.
