Dog Breed: Siberian Husky / Terrier / Mixed (medium coat). Meet Marie Kondo! -4 month old female Siberian Husky mix (Husky is just a guess!) -Weighs 15lbs -Came into the Shelter as a fearful stray and spent time in a foster home -Dog friendly enjoys playing with the resident male Anatolian Shepherd -Has interacted with children ages 4 & 5 years old and has done well -Very respectful of the resident kitties but (per foster parent) wonders why they don't want to play with her -Sleeps through the night and is using pee pads reliably. -Knows `sit` and is continuing to work on life skills and manners Now through December 17th, BISSELL Pet Foundations is sponsoring reduced adoption fees and we are participating! Adoption fees for all cats and dogs are reduced to $50. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
