We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt. // // Meet Moby! Moby is a 6+ year-old, 22 lb. Schnauzer with a heart full of love and the calm, gentle energy that makes him the perfect companion. If you’re looking for a loyal friend to keep you company, Moby is your guy! Moby is wonderfully quiet and well-mannered—he rarely barks, making him an ideal work-from-home buddy. The one exception? He’ll give a few warning barks when someone new comes to the door, just to make sure you’re safe! Once he realizes the person is friendly, he settles right down and is happy to welcome them. He’s great with kids and other dogs, fully potty trained, and very obedient—he comes when called and always wants to please his people. Moby loves his daily walks and is excellent on a leash. He doesn’t jump but will give you a little twirl to show you when he’s happy and excited. Moby does have a couple of special needs: he has some weakness in his back legs, so he can’t do stairs. He’d thrive best in a single-story home or one with easy access. He also has a dry eye condition that requires eye drops twice a day—he’s very cooperative about it once he knows the routine. In return, Moby will give you endless affection, quiet companionship, and a sweet, steady presence in your home. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving, low-maintenance companion who will adore you unconditionally, Moby is waiting to meet you! Moby is microchipped and up to date on all his vaccines. His adoption fee is $300. All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog.
