Dog Breed: Cane Corso Mastiff / Great Dane (short coat). The application is the first step in the adoption process, so if you are interested in adopting please fill out the online adoption application first by visiting our website at .dachshundpaws Dewey is a 7 month old Mastiff/Great Dane mix. Dewey is a fawn, with a black mask. He is the shy guy in the bunch. He takes some time to adjust, but once he does he is your best friend. He will chase toys, wiggle and wag his tail with you, but if you are standing up, he will not come up to you right away. Sitting down is less intimidating, and he will come up for pets. Dewey would do best in a home with a playful dog sibling his size. He loves other dogs and is a follower, so a confident sibling will help. Dewey is going to be an XL dog, so we are looking for owners with prior Mastiff experience. Dewey is dog door trained. Dewey is ready to start his new adventure with a new family. Dewey's Adoption Fee: $500 We do not have a kennel or facility to visit, all dogs are kept in foster homes until their forever homes are found. Adoption Process: Once an approved application is on file, we will then set up a home visit. At that time we will bring the dog to the home in which you will all be sharing.
