Description
Dog Breed: Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: $350.00. Hi, I love my toys, I especially love my balls. I love to run and jump and pounce on my balls. Can my toys and I come play at your house? I love people. After about five minutes I’m ready to climb in your lap and be your best friend. I love other dogs, I love my treats. I’m learning to walk on a leash! I love my walks, I loved the trick or treaters at Halloween I wanted to meet them all! What don’t I love? I don’t love not having a home. Is your home the right one for me? INTRODUCING ……… drumroll please Nyla Grace Rescue Rovers # 14886 Born: December 1, 2024 Terrier Mix, 25 pounds This is what my foster mom says about me. I’m potty trained, crate trained, I can use my doggie door. I know down and sit, .and come come. I love to cuddle. I love to go outside. I’m still a puppy so I am a busy girl, I love to take my nap on you or right beside you after a nap I get right back to being busy. Who wants to just sit around? I would love other dogs to play with but would do equally well as an only dog with all the focus on me. I am a quick learner and figure out routines rapidly. Breed overview
Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
