FAS: 3 Length of Interaction: 15 min Location of Interaction: side parking lot for doggie valet Preferred Food Rewards: cheese, chicken Favorite Activities: Brief Objective Notes: Took him out for doggie valet. FOK, a little bit shy to come forward to leash but used a treat to get him leashed successfully. He didn't pull while going kennels, paused a few times but followed my lead. While I had him in the parking lot he was startled by some loud noises but easy to redirect his attention with treats. He knows `sit` and `lie.` There was PH staff members (about 3) in the parking lot, he ignored them but at time was curious when they were moving stuff around. He took treats gently from my hand. He leaned in close to my leg and accepted pets. Going back to kennel was the same, didn't react to dogs. Easy to rekennel. ________ Date: 11/11/25 First name & Last Initial: Christine N. FAS: 3 Length of Interaction: 20 min Location of Interaction: TY/TR, short walk Preferred Food Rewards: cheese, beef liver, salmon skin Favorite Activities: sniff, find treats in mats and egg carton Brief Objective Notes: FOK, used treat to get him to come forward into the leash. Didn't pull while walking past kennels. Sniffed a lot in TY, relaxed body, loose tail. In TR he found treats in mats and egg cartons. Knows sit and lie down. Very treat motivated. Accepted pets. Went for a short walk on sidewalk, he was a little nervous- tail low, looked around a lot and looked back at me several times while walking.
