Description
Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat). #A5727959 Lorena is a 3-year-old, 56 lb spayed female Labrador Retriever/Pitbull mix with a soft tan coat and a heart full of love. Found as a stray on September 20, 2025, this sweet girl has been through a lot but hasn’t lost her gentle spirit. She was a devoted mom who has since recovered from significant medical challenges, including a complicated spay and follow-up surgeries. Through it all, Lorena is healing and has remained happy, resilient, and affectionate — ready for a new beginning. She’s alert, smart, and eager to bond with her people. Lorena walks nicely on leash, shows signs of being housebroken, and loves staying close to her handler. She’s playful and social with some dogs but would do best with calm companions. With her medium build and cheerful energy, she’s the perfect size and temperament for a loving family. -3 years old, spayed female, 56 lbs -Labrador Retriever/Pitbull mix, tan coat -Found as a stray on 9/20/2025 -Sweet, alert, and affectionate -Smart and eager to please; loves to bond with people -Medium, happy energy level -Walks well on leash and likely housebroken -Plays well with calm dogs -Recovered from complex medical treatment; adoptable on a health waiver -A loving, resilient girl who deserves a safe and caring forever home LORENA’S VIDEO: youtube/shorts/dG8QUxE_v2M For more information, contact volunteer Lisa at lisaaunitedhopeforanimals ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.
