Dog Breed: Cairn Terrier / Border Terrier / Mixed (medium coat). Adoption Fee: 350.. PINKY is a delicious little scruffy puppy looking for a home. Our best guess is she's a cairn terrier/border terrier type mixed breed girl. She is just shy of 6 months old and currently 15 pounds and we don't expect her to get much bigger. Pinky is bouncy and fun and loves to play with her toys. She's a lively little girl who isn't ready for life as a lap dog, she needs a home where she will get plenty of activity and play time. Pinky is dog friendly and loves to meet new people. Her scruffy coat will require regular upkeep/grooming. If you'd like to meet Pinky, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Pinky at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate. Our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
