Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Mixed (medium coat). Tinkerbelle is safe in a foster home where she is living a warm, protected life while waiting to see if anyone will come forward to claim her. She arrived wearing a chain around her neck that weighed nearly a pound, and must surely have made her life miserable. This little sweetheart is hoping to learn to trust humans. She is handshy, and will bolt if frightened, and we feel a fenced yard will be the only way to keep her safe.
