This sweet boy looks like he got caught dipping his paws in milk and only got himself partially cleaned off. He’d certainly help you finish off any milk that Santa may have left in his cup. Penne has been neutered or spayed, given age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, is heartworm negative, and on prevention.
