Kringle is a very loyal, loving and extremely cuddly small standard Aussie looking for his forever family. Kringle has all the qualities an Aussie-lover is looking for in a new canine companion! He loves butt scratches and belly-rubs, loves to be wherever his humans are. Kringle is living up to the Velcro-Dog nickname! Kringle enjoys so many activities it’s impossible to list them all; we will share quite a few and are sure in a new home you can add more. Kringle loves typical fetch and retrieve, running to catch frisbees and other backyard shenanigans Outside the home he’s great on long hikes and most outdoor off-leash adventures once he’s connected to his new people. Kringle has a beautiful blue and silver merle coat and half-blue/half-brown eye and one full blue eye Kringle has a fun, goofy, engaging personality. He loves chasing laser pointers (maybe from living with a cat!) Kringle is also gentle with babies and kids. He’s never shown any aggression with people or other dogs. He’s also always lived with another dog so when a one -dog family is ready we hope you’ll let us help find he perfect match! Kringle’s current owners have a toddler and Kringle is gentle with her. We think if there are children in the home we prefer age 6+ with herding breed experience. His current owners, when asked to choose their dream “new family” for Kringle. They Initially thought a quiet house but really a moderately active family who will enjoy creating intellectual challenge-games for Kringle indoors and anything adventurous outdoors! Kringle is such a great Aussie he will work in variety of home settings, but we wanna make sure that whoever we choose is equipped for an Aussie for the rest of his life. Our philosophy is to rescue highly adoptable dogs, have them live kennel-free in private homes for temperament assessments and individual personalities. We work hard to match EACH dog with the right family - kids or no kids, other dogs male or female and/or cats. With very rare exceptions all dogs over 6 months will be spayed or neutered PRIOR to adoption - dogs under 6 months will include a spay/neuter date AND referral info for lower-cost surgery if the adopter does not choose to use her or his personal vet. OUR VETS WILL NOT PERFORM SPAY NEUTER SURGERIES UNTIL DOG IS 6 MONTHS OLD. General Info - PLEASE READ!
