He’s brand new to rescue, but early intel says this: Dexter is dog-friendly, people-friendly, excellent in the car, and enjoys the ride (windows down, ears gently flapping, vibes immaculate). His demeanor is mellow, kind, and calm — like the dog-world equivalent of a warm, comforting Saturday morning.
