Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat). Montie is the sweetest little nugget! He’s a 1.5 year old Chihuahua mix and weighs about 8 lbs. He’s such an adorable little boy with a cute little underbite. Montie gets along great with other dogs. He enjoys some play time or outings and then loves to curl up in his dog bed or on your lap for a nap. He is crate trained and working hard on potty training. He is neutered, fully vetted and vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped, and ready for adoption! His adoption donation is $400. All of our animals are in volunteer foster homes. Once an application is pre-approved (contingent upon a home check) we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet. At that time we are happy to answer all of your questions. No inquiries prior to that please. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals. We are a state licensed, 501c3 nonprofit rescue and the adoption donation may be tax deductible for you. Thank you for choosing adoption!!
