Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Pomeranian / Mixed (medium coat). Leeman is with our partner rescue down south and can come to NJ with an approved foster or adopter. Meet Leeman Another adorable pom mix with a gentle soul and a heart that’s just starting to open. Leeman came from a home where he spent most of his time in a covered crate after his owner could no longer care for him. Because of that, the world still feels a little big and scary—but underneath that nervousness is a sweet, playful boy who’s ready to learn what love really looks like. He finds comfort in an open crate (his safe space) and is slowly gaining confidence every day. Once he feels secure, his fun side comes out—he loves to play and truly enjoys the company of other dogs. Leeman is not aggressive at all—just shy and unsure. He may chase a cat if given the chance, but it’s more curiosity than anything else. What he really needs is a patient, kind home that will give him the time and reassurance he deserves. In return, you’ll get to watch something incredibly special—the transformation of a scared dog into a loyal, loving companion. he is up to date on her vaccines and is altered. His adoption donation is $450. - Adopting an animal is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
