While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant. Gazing into Kae's soulful amber eyes tells you without words that she is an old soul restored to a vital body. One meaning for 'Kae' is 'keeper of the keys' and having known her for a little while, she has already started gathering the keys to her caregivers' hearts, so we are certain she will collect and treasure the keys to her forever family's hearts quickly as well! Kae's photo shows her offering the excellent eye contact so important to training success. This focus combined with her eager to please attitude, and all you will need to add are the best possible treats in the whole wide world. Then the sky will be your limit when continuing to build her skills together. Kae will enjoy a hike on the trail as much as a quiet afternoon lounging in her sunny back yard. She's not one for the hustle and bustle of city life and will thrive on the predictable routines others might find a tad, well, almost boring. Kae has a foundation of basic obedience, beginning exposure to agility, early leash skills (tempered by youthful enthusiasm); she is crate trained and housebroken. Kae would prefer a forever home with a private back yard so she can run and play to her heart's content and rest with limited distractions. Kae can be environmentally sensitive to some loud sounds.
