Posted Breed: Siberian Husky (medium coat). Meet Luna! She came to the Shelter as an owner surrender after her previous guardian could no longer care for her. She is the perfect mix of playful and chill. She is currently hanging out in a foster home to get a break from the Shelter and so Shelter staff can learn more about her. They report: âLuna is doing very well, we are grateful to have the opportunity to share with her. She is very playful and expressive.â Lunaâs foster family consists of a family with older children. She has also lived in a home with a chihuahua previously. Any resident dogs should meet at the Shelter prior to adoption. Her next home is recommended to be small animal and cat free. Luna's adoption has been sponsored by a generous donor! If you are interested in meeting this gorgeous husky â come to the Shelter to set up a time to fall in love! From 10/5 through 10/31, we are having a âSpooky Low Adoption Feesâ promotion. All cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies will have a reduced adoption fee of $31, while small animals will have a fee of $13. No tricks, all treats! Come on in to meet your new BFF today at 1001 Rodriguez Street, Santa Cruz from 11-6pm. All adoptions are first come, first serve in person at the Shelter, and must be completed before 4:45pm
