Description
Our puppies are raised in our home as part of our family, surrounded by lots of love, attention, and everyday life with kids and other dogs. This litter was an unexpected surprise, and Stormi will be a one-time mom - this will be her only litter. We planned to breed our German Shepherds after the “official health testing”, and that had not been completed when we found out she was pregnant. Both Mom and Dad have been to the vet regularly, receiving clean bills of health. Both have great temperaments and are amazing with kids. They have no hip issues, no allergies, no GI issues, etc. Mom is 2, Dad is 4. We’re putting lots of care into raising happy, healthy, well-socialized puppies and finding each one a loving forever home. They’ve been on a deworming schedule since 2 weeks, and won’t go home without a vet exam & 8 week vaccinations! ❤️ Very outgoing and always wants to know what’s happening in the next room so he’s not missing out! Loves his snuggles and gives lots of kisses!

Breed overview
German Shepherd Dog
A.K.A.: Alsatian, Alsatian Wolf Dog, Shepherd Dog, GSD, Deutscher Schäferhund, Schäferhund, Berger Allemand, Pastore Tedesco, Perro de Pastor Alemán, Alsatian Dog
Overview:
The German Shepherd Dog, a truly iconic breed, originated in Germany in the late 19th century, primarily for herding sheep. They are easily recognizable by their athletic, medium-to-large build, typically weighing between 50-90 pounds, with a distinct double coat that can be black and tan, sable, or solid black. Known for their intelligence and loyalty, German Shepherds possess a remarkably trainable and courageous temperament, making them exceptional working dogs in fields like police and service work. While generally good with families when properly socialized, their high energy levels and need for mental stimulation make them unsuitable for apartment living without significant daily exercise. Prospective owners should be aware of common health concerns such as hip and elbow dysplasia, as well as degenerative myelopathy, underscoring the importance of responsible breeding and regular veterinary care.
