Float quite literally floats through life. He is an easygoing, adaptable little guy who tends to take new experiences in stride. He is thoughtful, biddable and kind, with a really pleasant, go-with-the-flow personality. He is affectionate and enjoys being with his people without demanding to be the center of everything. Float has been intentionally raised with extensive socialization and enrichment. He has experienced children and adults, other dogs, water, outdoor adventures, different surfaces, household and farm activity, grooming, crates, new environments and plenty of opportunities to explore and build confidence. He is crate trained, travels quietly, is litter box trained and is working on house training. This litter is from our Ember x Bobby McGee cross, combining established Miniature American Shepherd lines selected with temperament, structure, health and versatility in mind. Float is sired by an AKC Champion, and his dam is a titled companion-event dog who also works as a medication alert dog. Both parents are fully health tested. Temperament is a major focus of our breeding program. Float would be a great match for someone looking for an easy-living Miniature American Shepherd who can enjoy adventures with his family and then settle comfortably into everyday life.
