Daisy - Alaskan Husky-Chihuahua Mix Female Dog For Adoption in ROSEMOUNT, Minnesota, USA

This 8-month old was originally adopted as a "Chihuahua" at 4 months old, as she has gotten older it turns out she's actually part Husky, and she's got the personality to match! She's deeply affectionate and cuddly, incredibly sweet with people, and so far has gotten along great with other dogs too (she can be a little shy at first to warm up to them). My mom who adopted her is on very limiting disability and, with the best intentions, thought she was getting a Chihuahua - not realizing how much energy a Husky mix actually needs. She deserves an active owne4r who can give her real exercise: walks, runs, playtime, a yard to zoom around in. If you're outdoorsy or have another energetic dog for her to play with, she'd thrive with you! A couple of things to know: She's in the process of being pad-trained but hasn't been taught to go outside, since she's been living in an apartment. She's clearly smart and eager to please, so this should be a very learnable transition for the right home — just needs someone with a little patience for the switch. She does best with a backyard or regular access to outdoor space to burn off energy. She’s microchipped, spayed, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. What she needs: ✅ A yard or easy outdoor access ✅ An active lifestyle: walks, hikes, playtime ✅ Patience for outdoor potty training ✅ Love: she's got plenty to give back! Please reach out if you'd like to meet her!
