Melanie - Labrador Retriever-Unknown Mix Female Dog For Adoption in Bardstown, Kentucky, USA

Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed.

Meet Melanie! This 7 year old Lab mix is full of energy! She is a very sweet girl that is looking for that forever family that is active, who can take on walks, do training and help her burn her energy! She would prefer a fenced yard where she can play ball, or a dog park to run! WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT MELANIE COMES WITH FREE TRAINING WITH ROSIE DANE DOG TRAINING! Thanks to the Pedigree Foundation, we are able to work with the trainers at Rosie Dane Dog Training to pay for a 10 week Novice Training course once adopted. More details available upon request! If you would like to make this sweet girl a part of your family, fill out an application at .barktownrescue. MELANIE'S ADOPTION FEE IS $170 The shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at the dog's predominant breed or breed mix. We strongly encourage you to select your new pet by looking at each dog's individual personality and pet qualities rather than relying on a breed label that is only our best guess. Our adoption fees vary from $150 and up. All of our dogs are up to date on vaccines, heart worm preventives, and flea/tick medication, and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Portions of your adoption fee also help care for the sick and injured animals that we take in. Thank you for supporting us and considering a rescue dog!
