Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier (short coat). Foster Homes Needed! Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog? .muttloverescue/foster.html ***************** Holly is a cute, affectionate and active young dog, look at those ears ! She doesn't miss anything. She loves people, but should ideally only live with adults and older children due to her activity level. She is dog selective in a defensive way, she becomes uneasy when an unknown dog approaches. Her new owner(s) would ideally be experienced with bully breed dogs. She is very active and will need an owner(s) who can give her enough exercise to wear her out, like a runner !! She needs a securely fenced yard with a 6 ft privacy fence, as she likes to leap and jump in her play. She is about 4 yrs old and 35 lbs, a great snuggle size; she's also good on a leash. She's been fully vetted, including spay, vaccines and deworming. She's very playful and loves her toys including old buckets, balls, kongs, antlers, beef bones and anything that can be thrown or she can kick around. She's sweet and playful, and will make a great pet for the right person. Temperamentally, a well-socialized APBT is often described as loyal, affectionate, and people-oriented, displaying a playful and sometimes clownish demeanor. They can be excellent family companions, provided they receive consistent training and early socialization, though their high energy levels mean they thrive with active owners. While they can adapt to apartment living with sufficient exercise, a house with a secure yard is often preferred.
