Posted Breed: Hound / Mixed. Flipper is a very old, mixed breed dog that needs to be in a home without any other animals, without children and without adult men. He needs to be with a very experienced female that stays at home 24/7. Flipper has a good deal of anxiety and is reactive to anything that upsets him. He needs a yard with a 8 foot high (minimum) privacy fence (no chain link).
