Dog Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier. Have you ever wanted a cuddly panda of your own? May we direct your attention to our very own Panda? Panda is a sweet and affectionate 2.5 year old girl. She was originally found abandoned and locked in a dog crate, but fortunately, she is now safe with us at EASEL. Panda is one smart cookie. Because she happens to be deaf, she is learning hand commands, which is a bit more time consuming, but she already knows some of the basics like ‘sit’ and ‘come.’ Panda does well on walks and, in the home, is a medium-energy dog. Panda has now been at our shelter for over a year and has been waiting patiently for her perfect forever home to come along. Panda would be happiest in a quieter home that will give her a consistent routine. She might also do well with a dog friend who could help build her confidence. They are adaptable and can thrive in various living situations, including apartments, as long as they receive adequate daily exercise and mental stimulation.
