Baxter is 43% French Bulldog, 23% Weimaraner, 17% German Shepherd, with a few other breeds mixed in. While things with wheels can still make him anxious, he has been working incredibly hard and has made huge strides in learning to manage those big feelings. Now Baxter is looking for a forever home that will continue building his confidence and celebrate just how far he’s come. He’s been doing wonderfully meeting new people and, once you’ve earned his trust, he’ll happily melt into your legs soaking up every back scratch you’re willing to give. Baxter would do best in a home with older children or adults only, as young kids make him too anxious. He absolutely loves other dogs and gets along well with most of them.
