Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier / Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: 450. Prince is a sweet, easygoing boy who loves his walks and spending time outdoors. He’s a smart pup who already knows different commands, and he’s always eager to please, especially if you have treats! Prince does well in a kennel, but he can also relax nicely on his own in the house, showing good manners when given some independence. He walks nicely on a leash most of the time and doesn’t react negatively to other dogs while out and about. In a home setting, he can have a harder time reading dog social cues, so he would do best as an only dog, with structured and controlled interactions outside of the home. Prince is learning that cats can be fun companions and plays well with his foster’s cat. He would thrive with a playful, dog-savvy kitty, though slow and thoughtful introductions are still important as he gets to know any new feline friend. Prince isn’t overly high-energy but really enjoys having a yard to sprint around in—he’s lightning-fast when the zoomies hit!
