She arrived as nothing but skin and bones — scared, fragile, unsure of what the future would hold for her. Even then, one look into her gentle eyes told you everything you needed to know: this girl had so much love left to give and deserved more than the life she had been given so far. We knew she deserved a second chance and brought Angela all the way from Lousiana to New York, where she is waiting to start her next chapter. Angela is the definition of sweet and friendly. She loves meeting new people, greeting everyone with her signature happy wigglebutt and wagging tail. Despite everything she’s endured, she radiates joy and affection, and her resilient spirit shines through.
