Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Boxer / Mixed (short coat). *************************************************************************************************** DO NOT CONTACT CATS FOR LIFE REGARDING KAPRIEE. SHE IS A COURTESY POST FOR HER FOSTER. PLEASE E-MAIL HER FOSTER, MARIA, AT msydney30hotmail. Hi! My name is Kapriee. I'm a laidback, short, playful little girl. I get along with other dogs and could possibly get along with cats. I can be a little shy sometimes, but once I get to know you, I'll give you lots of kisses. I love to run, play with toys and other dogs. I also enjoy being bathed, playing in water in a kiddie pool or drinking water from the water hose outside. I'm a very affectionate doggie who loves to be petted, cuddle and will take naps with you or other furry friends. I am house trained, puppy pad trained and will also potty in back yard. I am also crate trained. My DOB is 6-22-21. *************************************************************************************************** DO NOT CONTACT CATS FOR LIFE REGARDING KAPRIEE. Breed overview
Overview:
The Boxador, a popular designer dog, is a lively crossbreed resulting from the union of a Boxer and a Labrador Retriever. Originating in North America, this hybrid was developed to combine the best traits of its parent breeds, creating a loyal and energetic companion. Physically, Boxadors are medium to large-sized dogs with a muscular build, typically weighing between 50-80 pounds. Their coat is short and dense, varying in color from brindle and fawn to black and chocolate, often displaying the distinctive Boxer mask or the gentle Lab expression. Temperamentally, they are known for being friendly, intelligent, and highly social, making them excellent family pets that thrive on interaction. While adaptable, their energy levels mean they require regular exercise and are best suited for homes with yards rather than small apartments. Prospective owners should be aware of potential health concerns inherited from their parent breeds, such as hip and elbow dysplasia, certain cancers, and heart conditions like aortic stenosis.
