This sweet girl was abandoned by her previous owners—left tied up outside the ACC of NYC at just 6 months old, alone and in pain. When staff found her, they discovered she had an untreated broken leg and was battling parvo, a life-threatening disease that is especially dangerous for young puppies. Despite everything stacked against her, Reyna fought hard and wouldn't give up. Thanks to timely medical care and her incredible will to live, Reyna made a full recovery from parvo. Sadly, her injured leg could not be saved—but that hasn’t slowed her down one bit. Through it all, Reyna has remained full of love. She greets people with a wagging tail, seeks out affection, and shows a level of trust and warmth that is truly inspiring. She doesn’t let her past define her—instead, she chooses joy every single day. Reyna is now looking for her forever home—a family who will love and cherish her exactly as she is, and who will remind her that her hardest days are behind her.
