Dog Breed: Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler / Mixed (short coat). This sweet girl is extremely shy at first, but once she feels safe, her loving personality really starts to shine. She’s a timid pup who appreciates a calm, patient home where she can build confidence at her own pace. With a little time and kindness, she blossoms into an affectionate companion who enjoys being near her her foster mom. She gets along well with other dogs and would likely benefit from a canine friend who can help show her the ropes and boost her confidence. Because of her sensitive nature, she would probably do best in a quieter environment without too much hustle and bustle. Stacy does not walk on a leash well, she just crawls around and she's not potty trained but goes on a potty pad in her pen. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle companion and are willing to give her the patience she needs to come out of her shell, she’ll reward you with so much love and trust. Watching her grow more confident each day is truly something special. Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
