Venus - Chihuahua-Unknown Mix Female Dog For Adoption in La Verne, California, USA

Dog Breed: Shepherd / Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat).

Meet Venus! Venus is an approximately 2-year-old female shepherd mix weighing in at 33lbs! Venus is on the smaller side but don’t let that fool you. She was an Olympic jumping horse in a previous life and never skips leg day! “Venus” (the Roman Goddess of Love & Beauty) was found the day before Valentine’s Day, 2026, wandering onto a school campus. Venus’s rescuer tried to reunite her with her owners with no success. After seeing how sweet and loving she was, her rescuer decided to save her life by stepping up to foster. Venus would do best in a moderately active home, preferably with another doggy friend, and absolutely needs a 5ft-6ft tall secure yard. She is both large and small dog friendly but would do best with another medium/large size dog who can keep up with her track star speed and WWE wrestling moves. **Venus can be cat tested upon request** More than anything, Venus absolutely ADORES human affection, from both adults and mature children! She will throw her whole body into your lap and be content with getting love and attention! Please contact Venus’s foster mom at: 909-380-9015 for more details on Venus
