As sweet as her name, full of kisses, and ready to be treated like the queen she is. Meet Sugar! Meet Sugar! Sugar is a 4-year-old blonde Pit Bull who is every bit as sweet as her name. She came to us as a stray alongside a younger male Pit Bull, and from day one, she has been a spoonful of sugar with everyone she meets. Sugar is a happy-go-lucky girl who absolutely loves people. She'll happily jump up to give you kisses, and if you get down on her level, it's free hugs and full-body wiggles for as long as you can handle them. She's currently working on keeping all four paws on the floor, but her enthusiasm for making new friends sometimes gets the best of her! When she's not busy showering everyone with affection, Sugar loves playing fetch, chasing after tennis balls, lounging in her room for a good nap, or sitting and watching the world go by. She is the perfect mix of playful and relaxed, always ready for a game and equally happy to settle in for some quiet time. Sugar will need a securely fenced yard with a tall fence, or she will need to remain on leash while outside. She has previously jumped out of a play yard, so her future family will need to be mindful of her athletic abilities and keep her safe. She was cat-tested and showed a little too much interest in our feline friends, so she's looking for a cat-free home. Sugar would also do best as the only dog in the home where she can soak up all the attention for herself.
