Description
Dog Breed: Unknown breed. COURTESY POST Looking for a sport dog to do fun stuff with? Kuli is your man! Aside from being drop dead gorgeous, he's wicked smart, strong, loyal, fun, and loving. Yes, Kuli is deaf, but it's not a disability. Between the ecollar, hand signals, his love of a challenge, and to please, he's the most amazing deaf dog you've ever met. Kuli also loves the water & human interaction. Kuli would love to be the very best adventure buddy & fill your days with all the joy! Kuli is looking for his forever home, but he will settle for a foster home until that arrives, but he'd prefer no cats or small children. He wouldn't mind a canine pal that is as polite as him. He is a neutered male, approx. 4 years old and UTD on vaccines. Kuli does have some skin allergies that will require managing. Kuli truly has a soul of gold. Please reach out to me if you are seriously considering fostering or adopting Kuli. He was abandoned on the side of the road & his team has been caring for him until he finds his home. Please contact Sara 802-370-4871with interest and inquiries.

Breed overview
Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
