For the last three years, Ruby has been a beloved member of a family. When unexpected changes in her adopter’s circumstances made it impossible for them to keep her, they made the difficult decision to return Ruby to SNARR so she could find another loving home. During those three years, Ruby shared her home with a growing toddler, where she showed just how patient, gentle, and loving she is. Ruby loves being with her people. Whether she’s curled up on the couch for snuggles or enjoying some playtime, she has a wonderful balance of being playful without being high energy and is just as happy embracing her inner couch potato. She also gets along well with other dogs and would be happy to share her home with a canine companion. Ruby originally came to SNARR as a puppy after being rescued in Louisiana alongside her mom, Fiona, and her littermates. She was quickly adopted into a loving home, where she spent the next three years as a cherished member of the family. After spending the last three years with one family, Ruby is understandably a little confused by all the recent changes in her life. What hasn’t changed is how much she enjoys being with her people, and we’re looking forward to seeing her settle back into the family life she loves.
