When unexpected changes in her adopter's circumstances made it impossible for them to keep her, they made the difficult decision to return Ruby to SNARR so she could find another loving home. During those three years, Ruby shared her home with a growing toddler, where she showed just how patient, gentle, and loving she is. Ruby loves being with her people. She wants to be the center of your world—and in return, she'll shower you with affection. Whether she's curled up on the couch for snuggles or enjoying playtime, Ruby has the perfect balance of being playful without being high energy. And when it's time to play, she's all in! Ruby loves a good game of tug-of-war with durable toys and isn't afraid to horse around with her favorite people. She's also a great walking or running buddy, as long as you don't mind the occasional grass-snacking pit stop along the way. At home, Ruby fully embraces her inner couch hippo.
