Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever (medium coat). Walter is a handsome 1-year-old neutered Labrador Retriever with a big heart and an even bigger love for life! This sweet boy is full of energy and enthusiasm, always ready for his next adventure. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who will keep you active and engaged, Walter could be your perfect match. Walter thrives on mental and physical stimulation. He will do best in a home where he can enjoy plenty of daily exercise, enrichment activities, and ongoing training to help him channel his energy in a positive way. Puzzle toys, structured walks, and learning new skills will keep this smart boy happy and balanced. Due to his high energy and need for structure, Walter is looking for an experienced, active owner who understands high-drive dogs. A detached home (no apartments or condos) where he has space to move and decompress. His ideal home would be no children or other pets, so he can focus on building a strong bond with his new family. Walter is a wonderful dog with so much love to give, but he will need guidance to be his best self. For this reason, enrollment in a training program is required prior to taking him home.
