Dog Breed: Great Pyrenees (long coat). Adoption Fee: $375. Hey, y’all! My name is Angel Marie and here’s a little bit about me. I’m originally from Texas, but moved to the PNW for a new life. My eyes are a beautiful chestnut color with black eyeliner, and my tail is a cute, fluffy little curl. I know several words and phrases like Come, Outside, Go Potty, Leave it, Drop it. I delicately take treats when offered. My car riding skills are pretty good, too! I’m not the barking type. If other dogs bark, I cock my head to the side and listen, but don’t usually talk back. Foster mom says one of my funny quirks is that after eating or drinking I belch really loud. After breakfast, I like a good face rub and give it to myself! I run and crash face-first into my dog bed and rub my face all around and then flip upside down and wiggle my body in happiness. I like walks, but need to gain confidence. When my foster mom asks if I want to go for a walk, I perk up my ears and stand still for her to put the harness on and happily follow her out the door. If there’s a strange dog or person out, I may stop and watch quietly. A few encouraging words and I’m ready to keep going and explore the neighborhood. My wild child days are over, but I am a spunky senior who trots along at a good clip in between stop-and-sniffs. I seek out affection and love a good chin scratch, prefer to be in the same room as my people, and will even sleep on your bed at night. Adopters pay the cost of transport services outside of Texas area. Transport costs depend on location and company used. Northeast transport fee is $200. The Northwest and Midwest transport fees range from $225-$350. The Southeast transport fees range from $250-$350.
