Description
Dog Breed: Australian Shepherd / Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler / Mixed. Currently located at our Owensboro, KY location Meet Helen Helen is a beautiful girl who appears to be an Australian Shepherd mix, and she’s ready to find a safe, loving place to land. She came to Daviess County It Takes A Village as a stray and was never reclaimed, so her past is a mystery — but her sweet personality is already shining through. What we do know is that Helen is a friendly girl who enjoys playtime and being around people. She’s got a fun, happy energy and is sure to bring joy to whoever opens their home to her. Helen has not been cat tested at this time but we are glad to do that upon request. Helen is not yet fully vetted, which means she is currently available for foster only. Giving her a foster home will help her decompress, learn more about life in a home, and prepare for her future forever family. If you’re interested in fostering or meeting Helen, come visit her!
