Dog Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier / Bulldog / Mixed. Meet Blue! Blue is an approximately 5-year-old Staffordshire Terrier/Bulldog mix weighing around 80 pounds who is now available for adoption after never being reclaimed. Blue has a stoic, laid-back personality and carries himself with a "too cool for this place" attitude. While he may not always be the first dog to seek attention, he enjoys spending time with people and has a calm, confident presence that makes him easy to be around. Blue is still settling in, and staff members continue to learn more about his personality each day. At this time, Blue has not yet been tested with other dogs. If you currently have another dog in the home, a meet and greet will be required prior to adoption to help ensure a good fit. Blue's adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, and current on my annual boosters (including rabies). I did test heartworm positive. Thanks to Rockwall PAWS, his treatment is sponsored at little to no cost to his adopter. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
