If you see a specific pet for adoption on our FB page we can always set up a specific meet and greet for that as well. Senior boy Tank needs a home! He is between 8 and 9 years old and came to us from Animal Control. SEE HIS VIDEO ON OUR FB PAGE! He has been good with other dogs since being with us. Tank really loves people. Loves everyone he meets. He knows basic commands and takes treats easy. Sarah said, "Took Tank out for 'Doggy Day Out' today. He is the sweetest boy, he rode well in the car, he knows sit, paw, down, and come on command, he wanted every person who walked by to be his best friend. He loved butt scratches and belly rubs. He was not food aggressive whatso ever, in fact, he would eat gently right out of your hand. We took him to the park, to Lowes and Tractor Supply, out to eat, and to get a pup cup. He made friends at each place!" We understand not everyone can adopt a pet. Some homes are full, some homes do not allow certain pets and some have lifestyles that can't handle a pet right now. You can still help. Sharing pictures on FB, volunteering, or just coming in and sponsoring part of the adoption fee for when the pet is adopted. This helps a lot. No amount is too small to donate towards the adoption fee. If you would like to help sponsor, speak to one of the staff. Especially the cats and kittens need help (since we usually have so many!)
