Nimbus is a 1½-year-old Border Collie (neutered male) with a big heart and an even bigger love for his people. Nimbus is not the kind of dog who will be comfortable being taken into busy social situations or expected to casually meet new people right away, and he will do best with an owner who understands his need for thoughtful introductions, space, and advocacy. With people who respect his boundaries and help him feel secure, Nimbus has so much love to give. While he can be cautious with strangers at first, once you’re in his circle, you’ll have his whole heart — and plenty of snuggles. He’s a social butterfly with other dogs, loves daycare, and even gets along well with cats. Nimbus rides nicely in the car, walks great on leash, and has participated in obedience class, proudly earning his AKC STAR Puppy Test certificate — proof of his smarts and eagerness to learn!
