Pierre has been diagnosed with Cushing’s disease, which is well managed with lifelong medication. He takes Trilostane 15 mg twice daily, Optimmune eye ointment once a day, and over-the-counter artificial tears three times a day. He will also need veterinary checkups at least twice a year to help keep him healthy and feeling his best. Because Pierre’s treatment is ongoing, we encourage interested adopters to speak with their veterinarian about the cost of his medications to ensure they fit comfortably within their budget.
