He is a great playmate for another dog of similar size and age, that also likes to play with other dogs. He has made a good playmate buddy in Tyler, who is also available for adoption. Casper is an adorable, all white Shih Tzu, about 2-3 years old and 14-15 pounds. He came from a very tragic home, where he lost vision in his right eye from prior trauma.
