With time and great care by the volunteers and staff, we know that demeanor was just because of his circumstance, not his personality. Affectionate, happy, playful and easy to leash and walk, we're now scratching our heads why this fun sized heeler mix is still with us. He is best buddies with another resident, Rocky, and they are a laugh riot watching play together.
